Our mission at Pacific Coast Gymnastics is to educate, provide quality gymnastics programs and develop the highest level of achievement in the sport of gymnastics. Our programs are designed to teach physical fitness, body coordination, and competitive level gymnastics aimed at achieving the highest level appropriate for each gymnast. We pride ourselves in putting together the most competitive team in order to continually improve and be highly competitive at the compulsory and optional levels in the state of California. Our mission is to develop the athlete’s physical and mental strength to enhance their self-confidence, self-esteem, discipline, and personal character. Our goal is to make the sport of gymnastics a fun, safe and positive activity for athletes in a positive and challenging environment by experienced, skilled and professional coaches.

Competitive gymnastics offers children and teens a unique opportunity to develop a high level of self-esteem, self-discipline, and work ethic. It also allows young gymnasts to develop into well rounded athletes in a fun environment. Our team coaches are dedicated to guiding each gymnast to develop these skills in a structured format to progress as high in gymnastics as they wish to go. Our commitment to communicating among our coaching staff as well as to the parents and gymnasts ensures that each gymnast is well taken care of.
