“Gymnastics is one of the most comprehensive lifestyle exercise programs available to children, incorporating strength, flexibility, speed, balance, coordination, power, and discipline.”

Our classes are so much more than a gymnastics program for children. Our emphasis is on the excitement of learning through the sport. With just the right amount of challenge and success, your child will discover that hard work is rewarding and that learning is fun.

Girls Recreational Class Descriptions & Levels

Our coaches are always evaluating all their students in their class, and their skill evaluations across each of the five events are viewable in your student’s iClassPro account under “Skill Chart.” Once your student has mastered all skills across each of the events for each level, their coach or the front desk will reach out to you directly to recommend they move up to a next level class. All move-ups must be verified by the coach and completed by the front desk personnel.

In addition to completing all skills in their skill chart, students must show they are able to be active listeners during classes for it to be safe for them to move on to the next level where they will be working on more difficult skills.

Sharks (5-6 yrs, Girls Only)

"I have graduated from preschool, and I am almost ready to swim with the big fish. I know how to listen and follow the leader, so I am ready to learn some big kid gymnastics. Although I will start learning some of the level 1 skills, I still want to play from time to time."

This is the first class where students will start to work on skills specific to each of the five events as well as begin to learn beginner recreational gymnastics, similar to Level 1. Students’ focused skill practice may also include games, purposeful play, and other fun activities to get them excited about gymnastics! While we are introducing the foundational skills on each event at this level, students will not yet be tested on the skills. This will help young aspiring gymnasts become comfortable with trying new things!
